I was having problem setting up my phone but Gloria took care of it no problem. My ACP has been applied no problem. My only complaint is they are all the way across town.

Let's start with the good

Let's start with the good. Service area is better than most. That's it. Customer service is that of Xfinity, not good. You must be on autopay and cannot pay before or more than your amount due. you cannot change the payment easily if needed. The only reason I have them is because they are the only service that reaches my home.

I have had Xfinity Mobile for about 4-5…

I have had Xfinity Mobile for about 4-5 years and while I was in an area where Xfinity cable was available my signal and service was fine. However a year ago I relocated to another town and when I went to update my information on the website it would not let me and directed me to call CS who updated my information and my problem was resolved or so I thought. I ended up updating my address with 2 other people only to find out this past Friday when I called in that the info was not updated. That was not the reason I called however. I called to have my phone unlocked only to be told (and sit on hold for well over 30 mins) that it was unlocked and provided a pin to transfer my service. I again asked to have my address updated since it was going to be needed when I activated a new sim card but was told that it was fine and not necessary. I then had some follow up questions because the Google said that an unlocked phone of my make would say this if it was unlocked and it did not but was told it was in fact unlocked. They are the professionals not me so I bid them farewell and went on to order new service with another provider after the call. Fast forward 5 days (the active time for the pin provided and shipment time for the new sim as well) and I go to activate new service and am hit with a need network unlock code. Queue mild irritation because I was under the assumption my lines were already unlocked that a simple call to obtain said codes were all that was needed. NOPE! My phones are actually not unlocked but they will submit a request for the codes that will take 48 hours to obtain. Again mild irritation because I called 5 days ago and followed all the steps and asked all the questions so that it would be a smooth transition but nope! Anyhoo...it is what it is and was rushed off the phone Have a Nice Day. I i go to put the old sim back in (with xfinity) but it doesn't work. Call back and explain everything starting from my first call on Friday and ending with what happened today and asked to have the codes expedited because I cannot be without service. The lady was nice enough and I was able to get only 1 unlock code and an oh we cannot do the other line but I out in a request. So does that mean that there was no request submitted with my previous call for 1 and for 2 please expedite the other one because not my mild frustration is starting to go up a little because again you are trying to rush me off the phone. Again it is what it is but the PIN that I was provided 5 days ago is only valid for 5 days and today is day 5 can I please have another one or can we reactivate this one for an additional 5 days since I now have to wait to transfer service on this line and the one given to me 5 days ago is not going to be valid past today? I cannot do that...let me transfer you. Acquired new pin after repeating myself 2 more times and again decided to ask again for them to expedite my unlock code because my frustration is growing and I have done my part to do what I have to do and asked all the questions and gotten all the codes only to be turned down again. 10 bucks says that my address is also still not updated. So now I sit here and wait for the email that I may or may not receive within 48 business hours. And I am growing increasingly frustrated because I've been in customer service, I speak very clear, I repeat myself, I use all the details, and I ask all the questions and am stupid polite even as I grow angry AND I have never missed a payment with them in all of my years of service. You do all the right things and you still get the sort end of the stick. Customer Service: Polite while they are on the line with you HOWEVER will rush you off the phone. Every one I have spoken with have been kind but it seems like they aren't aware of certain things and weren't taught to say things like I'm sorry can you repeat that? What you are asking is XYZ is that correct? I am not sure, let me ask someone else. Service was mostly fine. No real complaints there.

Mixed bag with Xfinity Mobile

I used Xfinity Mobile for 6 months. It was a mixed bag. While the price was great, I had dropped calls & lots of "No Service" areas. My phone is an unlocked Samsung 22 Ultra. Ultimately, I went with another provider because I'm tired of missing calls for work. Pros: -Pricing -Xfinity Mobile customer service is not the same as Xfinity's normal workers -- much friendlier -promotions are usually good -easy to port out Cons: -constant dropping in random areas -constant pressure to use WiFi calling -For some reason, I was never notified when I got a voice mail message.
