I only pay cash or card here, never again will I use the best buy credit card. They messed up my credit for a one day late payment, that was actually RETURNED because the product was defective. To this day, it still follows me!

I already knew what I was shopping for. While looking for the product one of the employees introduced himself and asked if I needed anything. I told him what I was looking for and he directed me to its location. He was very knowledgeable on the products and struck up a cordial conversation about our now shared interest without being pushy or attempting to upsell me something I didn’t want. He simply made sure I knew all I could about my purchase and made my experience more pleasant by making me feel taken care of insteadof disregarded. Good customer service is hard to come by now a days so I must say it was a nice experience.
