Xfinity Mobile – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I was having problem setting up my phone but Gloria took care of it no problem. My ACP has been applied no problem. My only complaint is they are all the way across town.

Worst service ever.... Been calling since March 2022. Issue still not resolved...Xfinity has been taking unauthorized payments out of my bank since March. To this day they are STILL doing this. This is a crime. I CAN NOT get out of automatic pay

Great savings from a great company. Xfinity is offering us savings that other providers don't. They bill separately from the residential services and that's okay. Almost all providers want auto-debit to get a discount, but Xfinity prices are already discounted. If I call and get someone in India and don't trust what they are telling me, I ask to be transferred to a higher tier customer service rep in the states. All companies use off-shore customer service reps and sometimes they don't know a lot, but if you get a US rep, you will be helped and put your serious issues to bed.

I love Xfinity mobile. I have never been with a smaller phone company before this last 2 years. Always Verizon or Sprint. After getting my boyfriend a phone through Xfinity mobile and seeing the service that he had I decided to switch. I have to say that I am not a traveler and don't go out of the city often so I can't speak to service reliability outside of Seattle. The price is amazing. He and I share 3 gigs for $30. I know that is probably a small amount of data for most people but I am home most often and use my Wi-Fi at home. Sometimes their customer service can be lacking but I am reviewing the ease of transferring, the mobile app, and Seattle service
