Waitrose Tracking Order Status

Submitted a review about a 35% increase in one of their own brand products (pistachio nuts) which were some of the best I have bought, but they said the review does not meet their guidelines, so censored! Pity because John Lewis and Waitrose were such great names in retail. I think they need to listen to their customers and get a more imaginative management team. Would be great to have them back as they were, a little more expensive, but the choice and variety were well worth it.

I am just generally disappointed in Waitrose these days. As everyone else seems to agree, ridiculously expensive; but then that was always the case. But at least if you wanted to splurge there were exciting looking foods and luxuries. Now no more poulet rôti, bakery section totally dull and usually understocked. Compare theirs with Lidl’s bakery! Ruislip Waitrose feels run down, understocked and uninspiring. The rewards are confusing and non existent, always expiring and limiting. Why would I go there other than that it is the closest? I want John Lewis and Partners to survive, so pull up your socks!

Only use the petrol station at Waitrose Portishead ,North Somerset once a week on a Friday afternoon but must say thank you to “Ola” the lady on customer service..friendly,helpful and knowledgeable..well done !

I was shooting with Vanity Fair and my card wasn't processing the usual way. Jassim approached and it was like he was on the shoot with me! He was completely calm, committed and resolution focused. I have NEVER experienced an attitude like this and I literally thanked my lucky stars - he completely saved the day, he truly did. @WAITROSE As someone who hired customercentric roles, this hire doesn't sit within the usual budget restraints! He will drive your business - Get him involved in projects which develop and retain him. Sometimes one hires a star...and when you get this lucky, get them in the right place or create a right place for the them.
