After your company’s staff repeatedly tried to negotiate a refund with the hotel, they finally cancelled it for free. I'm quite satisfy with Trip.com no matter flight reservations or hotel bookingswith fast confirmation. However your hotels pricing is a little bit higher than Agoda. I don't like Agoda cash back even it's cheaper as it takes 60 days after checking to process the cash back

Easy to use platform and extra vouchers to redeem. **if I may suggest that will be great to earn more discounts to the reviews and good ratings.
