I made a mistake when I was booking a hotel, entering the wrong date. I didn’t know it was a non-refundable product, so I made a reservation and contacted your company to request a refund. After your company’s staff repeatedly tried to negotiate a refund with the hotel, they finally cancelled it for free. During this process, two of your company’s staff contacted me and conveyed the information well, and I would like to express my deepest gratitude for listening to all of my requests and reflecting them in their work. I was impressed by your company’s sincere listening to customers’ requests and trying to help, and I will continue to use your company's service in the future. I'm quite satisfy with Trip.com no matter flight reservations or hotel bookingswith fast confirmation. However your hotels pricing is a little bit higher than Agoda. I don't like Agoda cash back even it's cheaper as it takes 60 days after checking to process the cash back

Easy to use platform and extra vouchers to redeem. **if I may suggest that will be great to earn more discounts to the reviews and good ratings.
