Three Tracking Order Status

I had an excellent person in Three Customer Service line, Mr Pranil, helping out with a complicated change (to one of these new phones that don't have a sim card). I have used Three for more than 10 years and I think they are very good. However, I can assure you that the reason I have Three (3 lines in the family), is their CUSTOMER SERVICE staff that answers when you ring 333. Three has extremely helpful and efficient people in their Customer Service phone line - if anything goes wrong they respond with the best attitude and will stay on the line and help all the way through till a solution is found. I cannot say that about many firms nowadays. So, thank you to the Customer Service staff who answers the phone when you ring 333!

I have (only) twice reached out to Three to request extensions for inflated bills (as per the x% increase), but on both occasions the initial support person has told me there is no flexibility, only for the second person to tell me there is. I don't ask for the world but just some consistency would be good.

Great for a bit then slow as anything. Coverage is patchy at best despite what they say. My Internet has become non functional even though I have a decent signal showing. I will begrudgingly head back to Vodafone
