I had an excellent person in Three Customer Service line, Mr Pranil, helping out with a complicated change (to one of these new phones that don't have a sim card). I have used Three for more than 10 years and I think they are very good. However, I can assure you that the reason I have Three (3 lines in the family), is their CUSTOMER SERVICE staff that answers when you ring 333. Three has extremely helpful and efficient people in their Customer Service phone line - if anything goes wrong they respond with the best attitude and will stay on the line and help all the way through till a solution is found. I cannot say that about many firms nowadays. So, thank you to the Customer Service staff who answers the phone when you ring 333!

I initially would have put my rating as a 1 but this has recently changed because of the service I have received. I was due an upgrade and spent 4 hours with the live chat team trying to upgrade my phone. Long story short the team messed me about sent me around in circles, closed a complaint I’d raised after 4 minutes of raising it and honestly pushed me to the brink of leaving Three. Then I called and when I called I spoke to Jayand, who turned this entire situation around for us and actually helped me with my upgrade. I just want to point out that unlike the rest of the customer service and sales team on live chat Jayand went through everything with me, he was patient and did not miss any key details regarding my upgrade. I also just spoke to Keiren from the customer solution centre who as well has gone through my entire complaint with me, has empathised with the cluster f of a situation I was put in and has resolved my complaint. Both Jayand and Keiren deserve their praises here because without them I honestly would not be with Three anymore. People don’t use the live chat function people just call them instead.
