Thompson & Morgan Tracking Order Status

It would be helpful to be able to buy your plants in smaller numbers. Not everyone needs 20 plus plants especially if they have a small garden or are just planting up pots or hanging baskets. Also I would like to be able to buy just 6 plants in one particular colour. A lot of people like to stick to a particular colour theme for their pots, ie say blue and white or yellow and white, rather than all mixed colours.

Not very happy with plants delivered poor quality and one plant already very yellow and broken from bottom

Most of my order arrived when promised and in good condition. However my order of tomato postiplugs was very delayed. This was no fault of Thompson & Morgan. They were sent correctly addressed via Royal Mail but were delivered to the wrong address (Road instead of Avenue) in a different suburb. By the time the package had been re-addressed, posted and finally delivered the plants were in a very poor condition and have subsequently died. Therefore I won’t order again if delivery is via Royal Mail.

Order arrived quickly. Very good deal on a product (cheaper than direct with supplier) and plants were healthy.

The plants were easy to order online and arrived as advised. Only downside was that they were desperate for a drink when they arrived. And I’m not convinced about the packaging being the best layout. It was plenty strong enough to protect them though, no doubts re that.
