Thompson & Morgan – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

It would be helpful to be able to buy your plants in smaller numbers. Not everyone needs 20 plus plants especially if they have a small garden or are just planting up pots or hanging baskets. Also I would like to be able to buy just 6 plants in one particular colour. A lot of people like to stick to a particular colour theme for their pots, ie say blue and white or yellow and white, rather than all mixed colours.

Order arrived quickly. Very good deal on a product (cheaper than direct with supplier) and plants were healthy.

The plants were easy to order online and arrived as advised. Only downside was that they were desperate for a drink when they arrived. And I’m not convinced about the packaging being the best layout. It was plenty strong enough to protect them though, no doubts re that.

Nicely packed and easy to unravel; however, some of the plants were very small ofcuts and not easy to identify if they were viable or just broken bits. All planted and we'll see what happens. Just a shame about the shipper who changed delivery plans at short notice then failed to turn up at all. Delivered inconveniently the next day; luckily catching me as I was leaving.

I have used thompson & morgan plants for quite a number of years. always fantastic service,& excellent condition plants. If ever there is any problem with a order, thompson morgan immediatly rectify this.
