Company Store Tracking Order Status

I am not doubting the bad reviews but just had so say that I have received beautiful quilts and lovely, high-quality, towels from TCS for years, some within the past month.

They charge a restocking fee even if the product description was incorrect. No more orders for them!

Doesn't deliver to UK!

Bought a $50 bed pillow recently. Disappointed by the quality. The cover wasn’t cotton or soft. Plus, the pillow didn’t indent when pressed on - instead, it stayed in a hard lump. Most troubling, though, was that their website would not let me leave an honest review of their product. My review could not be submitted.

This company had such a great reputation. My friends always recommended them. I ordered towels on the recommendation of their phone agent. They were less than acceptable -- rough and thin. After one washing, they had discoloration! I haven't had that happen in years. I waited too long to return them so I'm stuck with them. I also ordered sheets. First time I put them on a bed, I noticed pulled threads and a hole right in the center front of the fold down. Completely noticeable. They are going to replace that one. But I'm 0/2 from them. I tried to get a mailing address for their president, but they wouldn't give it to me. If I were her, I would want to know that there is a quality issue. I won't be buying from them again.
