Company Store – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I am not doubting the bad reviews but just had so say that I have received beautiful quilts and lovely, high-quality, towels from TCS for years, some within the past month.

I remember buying from the Company Store years ago. I wasn’t disappointed then so I tried again and after several orders over the last few months I have no complaints so I do not really understand all the negative reviews. Perhaps it’s because all of my items have been delivered quickly without issues and everything purchased was at the very least, “as described” but more often exceeded my exceptions. I can’t tell you about their customer service because I never needed to contact them but so far so good.

I have purchased sheets and comforter sets from The Company Store over the past 5 years. Their cotton quilts are fabulous. You know how sometimes you're looking for the cool spot on your bedding(s)? Cotton comforters are great for that. I have never had an issue with customer service either. I don't understand the complaints.

I ordered a comforter set and then wanted to exchange it. Both sets were gorgeous, and customer service could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

Customer service exceeded expectations! I had two orders in one day due to a great sale and as I hit send on second order, I saw the address was not correct. I called and even though the order was in early stages, the representive saw that it could be sent to the wrong address and acted swiftly, correcting my error and ended my distress.
