Have been with Tesco Mobile for many years and their customer service is FANTASTIC! So rare to find a company that cares as much as Tesco Mobile. They will always be willing to do the right thing, including making it easy when you do need to leave their network. Their live chat is so easy to use and get help fast and their in person stores have always had super friendly staff

Apart from the usual lack of signal where I live and [try to] run a business, understanding data usage is just baffling.

The staff do not judge you but encourage you. I am being taught how to use my phone in all sorts of different ways so I find the staff absolutely invaluable.
