Have been with Tesco Mobile for many years and their customer service is FANTASTIC! So rare to find a company that cares as much as Tesco Mobile. They will always be willing to do the right thing, including making it easy when you do need to leave their network. Their live chat is so easy to use and get help fast and their in person stores have always had super friendly staff

The staff do not judge you but encourage you. I am being taught how to use my phone in all sorts of different ways so I find the staff absolutely invaluable.

Phoned as my rocket pack had not uploaded properly due to my lack of knowledge yo be honest. Was connected to Lauren un customer service, she was courteous, patient and listened to my problem. She knew her job inside out and resolved everything in moments with a good sense of humour that is important to have. What an employee and makes tescos even higher in my regard than it was before.. thank you Lauren and thank you tescos Mobile for employing her.

Great mobile provider with a great reception, there is hardly a place where I cannot get a reception on my mobile. The customer service team are professional and friendly, and are willing to help with any issues, well if you have any. I have been with Tesco Mobile for what must be over ten years now and never had an issue. So, I will not be leaving Tesco Mobile due to the great effort that all put in to help keep me connected to the world.

Great black friday deal. When the phone arrived ,popped over to our local Tesco , to do the transfer of phone number`s, e-mails, and photo`s , it went very smoothly and the advisor`s were very professional and helpful and were very knowledgable.
