RW&Co Tracking Order Status

I purchased items on line and have always been told I have 14 days for a price adjustment but when I went into the store they would return my item but refused to allow me to repurchase them. The smart thing to do is purchase in the store first at the sale price and return the same items that were purchased online. The store in Heartland in Mississauga is horrible and ruining RW&CO brand. Too bad the customer service is poor including their customer cares department.

After sale service for online orders is horrible. Do not recommend shopping there, they do not value their customers.

My husband and I were served by the manager at the Train Yards location in Ottawa. We were impressed by the customer service we received from Karl. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. He was friendly, patient and understanding. This type of service is rare these days. Thank you so much Karl!

J’ai jamais vu une entreprise ne pas respecter ses clients comme ça. En 6 ans j’ai dû acheter pour plus de 10,000$ dans ce magasin. Pour une histoire d’étiquettes manquantes, on me dit non pour un échange de grandeur. Sérieusement je suis outrée, je me sens comme si je suis une petite cliente bin ordinaire. C’était ma dernière visite au RW & Co

I don't know about the company but I do know about the Manager in upper Canada mall amazing . She helped me with all my work clothing and I looked great . Thank you Malshika
