I purchased items on line and have always been told I have 14 days for a price adjustment but when I went into the store they would return my item but refused to allow me to repurchase them. The smart thing to do is purchase in the store first at the sale price and return the same items that were purchased online. The store in Heartland in Mississauga is horrible and ruining RW&CO brand. Too bad the customer service is poor including their customer cares department.

After sale service for online orders is horrible. Do not recommend shopping there, they do not value their customers.

My husband and I were served by the manager at the Train Yards location in Ottawa. We were impressed by the customer service we received from Karl. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were completely satisfied. He was friendly, patient and understanding. This type of service is rare these days. Thank you so much Karl!

If a company has continuing issues, with customer orders and benefits from seriously delayed refunds, and fails to address the issues, that borders on FRAUD. My partner wanted to purchase a dress coat for me at RW&CO at the local Mall. Did not have my size. They checked and said we have your size on line. My partner paid for it with her credit card and she ordered it through the store. Late that afternoon when we returned home there was an e-mail stating that they were not available, after being told that there were 4 in my size. WE have never received any product. Since then we have been going through a terrible process to get a refund. At one point, we were told the refund was put back on her credit card. We checked with the Card Company, it was NOT, ( we checked with the card company before we called) and the customer service rep argued that it was. Three calls now and still to no avail to get the situation resolved. It seems the ( RW&CO ) does not want to refund her credit card. Over two weeks now. They are NOT BBB associated. So now to escalate the issue with a complaint to Dept. of Consumer Affairs and share my issues with Market Place. If you have an issue with this company, and they will not resolve the issue, Then file a complaint.

I don't know about the company but I do know about the Manager in upper Canada mall amazing . She helped me with all my work clothing and I looked great . Thank you Malshika
