Rise&Fall Tracking Order Status

UPDATE: 6 September. The company has emailed me back with their Oeko-Tex license number and they stated it is 20.HIN.16812. It is a number when I looked it up that is licensed to a different retailer. If I give them the benefit of the doubt, that retailer would be their strategic partner. Although the problem is there's no way to verify that my sheets came from that company as the label says Rise & Fall. They said they cannot disclose the product's GOTS license number as this would be a risk to their confidential nature of their relationship with the manufacturer. I'm still confused why they have a label on the product that says 100% Cotton and not 100% organic cotton. I've raised my review to 3 stars given their efforts to correspond with me, but given the lack of labeling, it leaves me uneasy. Previous review: I emailed the company that I didn't find any GOTS Organic Cotton and Oeko-Tex labels on the product and the representative assured me that indeed the product was certified organic by GOTS and certified non-toxic by Oeko-Tex but explained that Rise & Fall does not include these labels - for aesthetic reasons. The one label appearing on the product says "100% cotton", and it does not say organic anywhere on the label. I started to get more suspicious when the representative wrote me, that I could rest easy since they are a B corp so they are strictly regulated. This doesn't provide any reassurance as to whether the product was certified as claimed. The GOTS and Oeko-Tex websites advise checking for labels and/or asking the seller for their license numbers to verify if they are misrepresenting their products as receiving GOTS and Oeko-tex certifications. I wrote back to request these license numbers to have the reassurance I need to sleep on their sheets. I've received no response to my email and the company provides no phone number for customer service.

I bought a linen dress in the half price sale because of the beautiful purplish brown colour. Despite this company proclaiming their luxury manufacturing, it doesn’t extend to the quality of the fabric which I could see from the photograph was transparent. It also felt very coarse and cheap - shoddy - so I was in two minds whether to wear it. I did and it seems to have washed ok but it would have gone back if I’d paid full price as my other linen shirt dress from Uniqlo is tons nicer and I’ve had it for years.

This is the first time I had dealt with Rise & Fall and it certainly won't be my last! Refreshing to deal with a small UK company. I had some queries as I was buying a gift for my daughter; I received swift and helpful responses and everyone I dealt with was courteous. Hopefully someone will treat me to one of their wonderful products - my daughter is thrilled with her cashmere wrap!
