I have purchased a few items from Rise & Fall and have been really pleased. The real measure of a business is their customer service. I recently had an issue with an item I bought 18 months ago. I received a prompt and courteous response to my concerns and a replacement item was sent immediately. No quibbles, just a first class, professional service. Brilliant. What a great company.
