This has to be the worst internet provider I have had since AOL dial-up in the late 1990s. I am in an apartment complex and this is what we are provided with no alternative (other than my cell phone hot-spot). The WiFi is spotty at best, in my actual apratment, on the grounds and in the clubhouse (where the Leasing Office is located). My television is hooked up DIRECTLY to the router and it constantly buffers and then just flat out stops at the router and does not get to the DNS service and then goes to WiFi. This is not any better as it is slow, cumbersome and continually is going on, off, on again. When contacted and presented with the problem, they are slow to respond and seem to take the attitude that - there is nothing wrong. I set up a router in Anaheim last week at the convention center that ran flawlessly with over 4000 people using multiple routers, hot-spots and cell phones. If you have a choice, do not choose them. These mofos made moving hard ASF. I spent hours on the phone with them to end one service and begin another. Then after I finally was able to pay for and buy new service they charged me for the old place too! Like didn't I tell you mofos to cancel that one. I called today but I don't trust they will follow through with the refund after all the bs with them today!

I’m reading some of the reviews here and I feel bad for some of the struggles these folks have had. Honestly, it sounds like every complaint I’ve had about Xfinity written here. For me, Xfinity was a disaster, even upon their initial installation where the tech completely screwed everything up and I had to call to get an actual Xfinity person rather than a contractor to come back out and fix what was screwed up. Quantum Fiber, in contrast, was super awesome. I have previously had CenturyLink at my house, and I do have fiber optic, but I was out of town for a couple months and switched services because of the great deal Xfinity was offering at the time. I have never had issues with CenturyLink in the past dealing with their customer service, even when I canceled my account, and coming back to them was a breeze. Since everything was already hooked up, basically he just had to put in the new equipment. I had to login with my new Passwords and it was easy Peezy. Price for Life, so I don’t have to deal with the yearly game playing with rate changes. I’m speaking for Colorado Springs, Colorado only I think. But I recommend them here.

My friend got it installed because they are a big video game player and it works so well for him. His game used to crash all the time on his other WiFi and have the slowest load time. Now I don’t have to wait for him for so long to load into our games. 😂 I can’t wait until it’s in my area because I really like that it’s priced for life and has unlimited data. Xfinity is always messing with my bill and I go over my data usage all the time. He said he definitely recommends it for others who want fast internet.
