QBD Books Tracking Order Status

Terrible customer service. I live in London and bought a book for my two sisters and mum on the 8th January as a gift. One of my sisters hasn’t received it, I’ve sent online enquiries and had no response. I’ve had to ask my sister in Australia to chase up her own gift and she can’t get any information. I spent close to $100 on this idea that was meant to be lovely and now it’s become a mess and I can’t get through to anyone!!

sad to see, qbd used to be such a great company under its old ownership but they are still pretty good

(stockland shellharbour store) the employees are always kind and helpful. they usually have what i want in stock, but the one time they didn't they ordered it in for me (i got a % discount as well). my only negative would be that they're a little on the expensive side.

Went to Marion QBD for a book advertised on their website as a stocked item , didn't have the book , and the rude service from the lady there was poor.
