In the past your ruby red grapefruit has been a 4 or better. However, in trying to order your special of the ruby red grapefruit with free cuties or oranges I think the rep could not make the order go through until he deleted the oranges. I live in California but your rep could not find any reason for this denial.....really poor service without knowing what your system is doing!!!

January 2023 I received a gift box of fruit & candy. Three pears & one orange had to be tossed due to rot & the apples tasted mealy. None of the products were organic or top quality. Gave most of it away. Not a good impression.

UPDATE: Pittman & Davis have issued a full refund for the spoiled fruit tray. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Sorry I ordered from Pittman & Davis. This company has been in business for a long time but something's gone wrong somewhere. Out of three items ordered as Christmas gifts for 3 different recipients, only one was acceptable. The fruit in the Yuletide fruit tray was inedible due to spoilage and one of the hams was so damaged that delivery could not be made. In fairness to the company, I did receive a refund for the ham but have yet to hear from them after I filled out an "order resolution" about the spoiled fruit. That was 8 days ago. Will not order from Pittman & Davis again.
