Placed order on Nov 1,2021 for shipment to 6 different addresses with delivery scheduled at 2 different dates. Five orders delivered within the dates selected with recipients letting me know how excited they were to get such a delicious gift. The 1 package tracking states,even on Dec. 24, the delivery is pending on a 12/3 to 12/15 delivery time line. The package was delivered on Dec. 20 to have some spoiled fruit and Customer Service was contacted right away, no resolution as yet but know they will correct the situation even though the fault is with FedEx and not Pittman&Davis. After Christmas I will see about having the order replaced and will change to 5 Star rating. Have been using Pittman & Davis for several years and have never been disappointed with the products. They are true to their guarantee even though the problem with this 1 order was with FedEx delivery. Order P-7067021 to Lowell, In. I would ask that customers with less than a 4 star review give Pittman & Davis a chance to meet your expectations for a delicious treat. I know for certain that my satisfaction will go from 90 to 100% after the holidays and the recipient doesn't mind the delayed delivery especially at this time of year with covid changing so many aspects of our lives.

This is an update from my previous review. Which was 2 1/2 stars Ordered five cinnamon and Walnut cakes going in five different places. Ordering was smooth and simple and free shipping. However It appeared that most would not be delivered in time before Christmas.things seem to change quickly after review and tonite the 5th cake was delivered. So far I have heard from three who have tasted the cake and all replyed very delicious and delightful. I cancel my two and a half Stars thank you

I ordered the oranges and grapefruit. The grapefruit was fantastic, some of the oranges came moldy. I contacted the company through a review. A new box arrived, unsolicited, and all the fruit was great. Someone took the time to read the review, and responded beyond any of my expectations. Thank you
