Pin Up Girl Tracking Order Status

I have purchased 4 items from PUG in recent months. I've been very pleased with delivery times and communication. However, the quality of all items has not been close to the many items I purchased in previous years both directly and via secondary sellers. Fabrics are not good quality in the case of all garments and for that reason, I am very unlikely to purchase from PUG again and instead aim to search for used items on other platforms.

I ordered a couple items not long ago (2 dresses) and I'm sad to see they've switched to a polyester crepe fabric which feels inexpensive. I miss the beautiful sturdy cotton they used to make most things from or even the stretchy nylon spandex blend (what Erin Dresses are constructed from). There are some items still in those materials but many of the new styles are POLY crepe which feels flimsy, and the straps really get stretched if you hang them (and there're no internal hang straps to mitigate this). $170-$180 per dress is alot for this material. Designs are still cute, really enjoy the LB x Hope Johnstun patterns, colors and cuts. Just would prefer more cotton or sturdy fabrics again.

I purchased a pair of black Capri pants for 92$ from this company. First they lost my order because of shutting down due to Covid. I can’t blame them for that. So I had to contact them to get my order after several months. The pants were made of the cheapest fabric possible and were worth about $17. I didn’t fool with them any more after reading reviews of them

The clothes are a bit overpriced, but are high-quality and generally made in the U.S. of imported fabric. Jenny skirts are a great example. The fabric is heavy (like barkcloth) but $100+ is a bit hard to justify for a skirt. I've gotten a lot of wear out of my two Jenny skirts, but am not about to collect every print like some women do. I wish they would ship via a service other than FedEx. Otherwise they are truly the best source for high-quality, vintage reproduction clothing.
