I have purchased 4 items from PUG in recent months. I've been very pleased with delivery times and communication. However, the quality of all items has not been close to the many items I purchased in previous years both directly and via secondary sellers. Fabrics are not good quality in the case of all garments and for that reason, I am very unlikely to purchase from PUG again and instead aim to search for used items on other platforms.

After it taking a month to let me know that the article I ordered was not in stock, they only refunded me for the item I bought and not for the 53 dollars of shipping costs. I have been e-mailing them for about 3 months now, they are very rude and at this point customer service is just ignoring me. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I ordered four dresses. Three were awesome. The fourth was defective. I tried twice emailing their "contact" address. The email box was full so my messages bounced back. When I tried posting my email on their Facebook page, I was deleted by the admin. Good thing I used PayPal. There is recourse when you do. I am taking advantage of it.

The clothes are a bit overpriced, but are high-quality and generally made in the U.S. of imported fabric. Jenny skirts are a great example. The fabric is heavy (like barkcloth) but $100+ is a bit hard to justify for a skirt. I've gotten a lot of wear out of my two Jenny skirts, but am not about to collect every print like some women do. I wish they would ship via a service other than FedEx. Otherwise they are truly the best source for high-quality, vintage reproduction clothing.
