Moshtix Australia Tracking Order Status

Moshtix helped us immensely when we couldn't make it to a concert. They went our of their way to help us several times. Really appreciate everything they did - against what it said in the fine print. So happy with their service. 10 out of 10.

I made a spelling error when ordering tickets. It was frustrating not to get this resolved straight away as Moshtix currently have no phone number, and my first online request was not replied to even after 2 days (presumably due to high volume of refund requests to process at the moment?). However when I tried again online marking 'the event is tonight' as I needed to make firm plans, Moshtix sent the tickets immediately so it was a big relief in the end. Thanks Moshtix!

Good idea in theory but 'time to pay' is not set up efficiently at all! if anything goes wrong with the payments they won't tell you until they've tried to take the money three times - and then they stop trying at all and make you call customer service and queue for hours to fix the problem! it's inefficient and not needed at all, set up a proper system for paying online and it would be easier for both the customers and the support team.
