Resolved issue quickly in the end

I made a spelling error when ordering tickets. It was frustrating not to get this resolved straight away as Moshtix currently have no phone number, and my first online request was not replied to even after 2 days (presumably due to high volume of refund requests to process at the moment?). However when I tried again online marking 'the event is tonight' as I needed to make firm plans, Moshtix sent the tickets immediately so it was a big relief in the end. Thanks Moshtix!
