Invoice Simple Tracking Order Status

membership cancelled and they still charged full price. Tried to contact them to get a refund and they refused. I will make a chargeback and report them, plus I will be sharing my experience everywhere. Avoid them at all costs. EDIT: prompt refund processed, mistake could happen but they resolved promptly and refunded as expected, you can trust companies who behave in this way.

I have been using Invoice Simple for about 3 years. I have no issues with it. It's simple to use as it's name suggests. Customer service is great. OK you pay a subscription but why wouldn't you? It's not expensive and quite possibly the cheapest and easiest invoice maker I've come accross.

I've been using the 'Invoices' app since Oct/2020 I'm using the Paid/Subscribed version. I'm a house painter and I'm often sending estimates and invoices to customers There was 1 issue about a year ago when their servers went down for a day. Not a biggie. Overall I'm satisfied with the app

I did my second invoice send it to the client. My payment was supposed to be in the same day,after 2 weeks ive call the client to inform me that no invoice arrived thru email. Ive try again to send it to realise that i need to pay some subscription,fair enough nothing is for free.The main problem was that it shows that invoice was sent when actually didn't. Crap,not reliable! Avoid

Im having trouble getting on, used it for 2yrs without any problems, itll drop me in the crap if it will not open
