membership cancelled and they still charged full price. Tried to contact them to get a refund and they refused. I will make a chargeback and report them, plus I will be sharing my experience everywhere. Avoid them at all costs. EDIT: prompt refund processed, mistake could happen but they resolved promptly and refunded as expected, you can trust companies who behave in this way.

I have been using Invoice Simple for about 3 years. I have no issues with it. It's simple to use as it's name suggests. Customer service is great. OK you pay a subscription but why wouldn't you? It's not expensive and quite possibly the cheapest and easiest invoice maker I've come accross.

I've been using the 'Invoices' app since Oct/2020 I'm using the Paid/Subscribed version. I'm a house painter and I'm often sending estimates and invoices to customers There was 1 issue about a year ago when their servers went down for a day. Not a biggie. Overall I'm satisfied with the app

I'm not sure what all these people are whining about. They don't claim to be free, they let you try for free, and after a few invoices they ask you to start paying. It is a very good app, and the support is excellent. They answered my queries within minutes on a Sunday night.

I actually love this app easy effective & can use it on my phone too which helps me keep track, can easily unsubscribe if I wanted to without contacting customer services. no issues great product
