Holland & Barrett (Ireland) Tracking Order Status

I was in the limerick store yesterday, which is in Arthur’s quay. The lad that approached me was very nice and welcoming. As for the old lady with blonde hair it was the opposite. I don’t know what gave her the impression that I could be stealing but she pretended that she was doing something but walked past me and kept staring at what I had in my hands, Even when I was going to the till, while she was walking there she was not giving me the a pleasant look and kept staring at what I had in my hands!. Tell her to do better guys, or to not make it as obvious.

Today I ordered some stuff from Holland and Barrett online. Later I noticed that I forgot to include in my order the code which I can get double points. I went to the shop in Ballincollig. I was advised by the staff that I can call the customer service and they will help me. I'm sorry but I don't know the name of the lovely lady in the shop. She was friendly and helpful. I phoned the number which was given to me. Tasmina from the customer service was really friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. I always have good experience in the shop in Ballincollig. They really care about customers. Thank you.

I visit Romsey Branch of H&B and I must say that whilst all the staff are helpful, Barbara is exceptional with her customer service. Not ony does she know her products thoroughly, but her recommendations have given me great results & i now totally rely on her - She is an asset to H&B!

I use H&B regularly. I have several subscriptions with them and also go into my local Southampton branch and buy products from time to time. I recently noticed a bottle of marine collagen which I have been taking and took a break from had no expiry date. The date which was put on the bottle is very faint to the point I no longer can see the dates. I took a short date so it should be in date still but not 100% sure. I threw away a bottle of something else as well previously due to the fact that I couldn’t see a date. I am having to write a review because the products aren’t cheap and I’m baffled that a company like H&B are using cheap methods of stamp/etc to mark their products and then it disappears by itself costing customers a lot of money in replacing them. I since purchased another brand of collagen via H&B website as don’t want to take the one I have incase the date has expired. PLEASE DO something about this as I know I’m not the only one !!!!

I just wanted to express my thanks to your employee Eme who works at the Fareham branch . I have just bought some magnesium and ashwagandha for an anxiety stricken young adult and Eme served me. She is amazing and so so so knowledgeable. Really helpful and professional. Thank you!
