Holland & Barrett (Ireland) – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Today I ordered some stuff from Holland and Barrett online. Later I noticed that I forgot to include in my order the code which I can get double points. I went to the shop in Ballincollig. I was advised by the staff that I can call the customer service and they will help me. I'm sorry but I don't know the name of the lovely lady in the shop. She was friendly and helpful. I phoned the number which was given to me. Tasmina from the customer service was really friendly and helpful. Thank you very much. I always have good experience in the shop in Ballincollig. I visit Romsey Branch of H&B and I must say that whilst all the staff are helpful, Barbara is exceptional with her customer service. Not ony does she know her products thoroughly, but her recommendations have given me great results & i now totally rely on her - She is an asset to H&B!

I just wanted to express my thanks to your employee Eme who works at the Fareham branch . I have just bought some magnesium and ashwagandha for an anxiety stricken young adult and Eme served me. She is amazing and so so so knowledgeable. Really helpful and professional. Thank you!

Complaint handled efficiently!! I recently had cause for complaint regarding several orders and items missing (see my previous review). I would like to praise H&B for their efficiency in handling the complaint and resolving it in such a swift manner. The customer services team have been competent and fair. However, I would recommend that if any customers have issues in the future they should go directly through the customer services route. I have found on a number of occasions the live chat to be of a poor standard.
