Eddie Bauer Tracking Order Status

Ordered a jacket. After 5 days status of order hadn't changed. Called to cancel and they gave me bs order was processed and couldn't cancel. Checked 3 days later and saw ship date was still 12 days away. Emailed them to cancel my order or I will have cc company remove the charge.

I purchased an 8 pack of underwear at Costco 28 April 2024. I washed them once, wore them once, then washed them a second time. I love them, they are lovely, comfortable and have great colour's. 3 pairs are defective with the waistband coming off on 2 of them and the leg hole fraying on the 3rd pair. I reached out to Eddie Bauer and they have told me to go back to Costco, that they cannot help me. Um, EB made the clothing, not Costco. I will try Costco but do not expect them to do much as how can I return 3 of the 8 pairs for a refund or exchange?? Not impressed with the customer service received

Ordered the exact same Eddie Bauer down jacket (same model, same size) I've worn for a number of years. When it arrived it was significantly larger than the original jacket. Ordered a size smaller which turned out to be the same size as the original. Sent the first one back (which was relatively easy), but tax was not refunded and a $7 return fee was charged. Obviously not a great customer experience.

Got my refund, took along time but I did receive it

Guessing the products are still good, will report. I was ready to order, was offered $10 off with a code, so sent for it. Called after a few hours when I didn't receive the promised email. Rep said it would take 24 hours. It never came. After reading reviews here I chose to order the same item, minus the $10 offer, from Amazon, which might give me better return options if I need it.
