Ordered two items recently in different sizes. Both fit great and are of very good quality. In addition, had a bit of a problem in ordering and customer service responded quickly, courteously, and solved problem perfectly. I have been wearing my Eddie Bauer parka in the extreme Winter temperatures for almost 40 years and it still looks new. That kind of quality has not changed much in all these years, and they still care about customers.

Had a jacket from west vancouver Eddie Bauer. The manager couldn’t be kinder when my husband brought it in when the pocket was coming apart. Gave him a brand new jacket there no question. Thank you. Would absolutely recommend!
