My friend ordered the exact same vacuum within a 24 hour period of me ordering mine and she got a better deal as well as the vacuum was listed $10 lower before discounts. Here's was listed at 389.00 and mine was 399.00. Very upsetting I couldn't get the same deal and vacuum for the same price.

Our vacuum stopped charging after only a couple months use. We couldn’t reach support by phone and after reading reviews I became nervous. My husband sent an email and our return and replacement was handled promptly. We had no complaints about the first until it stopped working but the new one works so much better so obviously something was wrong and we didn’t realize it should have been working better. Hopefully this means customer support is improving. We are very thankful for the response received.

I wish it came with the longer handle. It hurt my back to use without.
