Our vacuum stopped charging after only a couple months use. We couldn’t reach support by phone and after reading reviews I became nervous. My husband sent an email and our return and replacement was handled promptly. We had no complaints about the first until it stopped working but the new one works so much better so obviously something was wrong and we didn’t realize it should have been working better. Hopefully this means customer support is improving. We are very thankful for the response received.

The pool cleaner does not pick up much off the bottom of the pool floor. The suction doesn't appear to be very strong at all. Our pool does not have a dirty bottom so you would think the cleaner would do a superior job. We called Aiper customer service and discussed returning our original purchase and upgrading to a more powerful model. I'm sure we will be very pleased with the extra suction power. They were very helpful.
