Total Wireless – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

Love the process of total wireless. No bs. Everything was explained to me thoroughly before i made my purchase. This is my third month with their service and i have signal everywhere which i didnt have in the past with other carriers.

I've been with Total Wireless so long I don't know when I started. I was with Verizon and found this. I paid $150 for a phone and pay about $23 a month. The charge goes on my card automatically. Consumer Cellular talks about support. Must be crappy service as I've never had a problem. Great service and coverage. There are "no zones" but those are probably universal to all phones.

I've been with Tracfone on & off for many years and their Data Service has always been a little hit & miss for me but my Total Wireless phone was throttled to 2G and 'interrupted' at the very start of my latest 5GB High Speed plan! I was so frustrated I filed a complaint with the FCC and they did forward it to them, I received a call from Tracfone the same day. I was expecting Verizon to respond but the service IT rep was sincere and knew the nature of my FCC complaint. It took around 45 minutes to fix my Internet connection/Data speed issue after much professional effort. I had contacted the Total chatbot earlier it tried to tweak my phone but no change. I think Tracfone is a decent company, much more so than Verizon based on my personal experience. I really do appreciate having Hotspot capability for $30 a month with Total. There are just TOO MANY variables that affect Cell service.

Have excellent speed while browsing non calls ever drop and also give affordable prices. I’ll recommend many ppl to switch to total wireless.. and I would love to give all credit to “Mira” she the one who set up my account thanks to her I’m satisfied with my phone..
