Storz&Bickel – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

They RMA replaced a faulty 22 month old device with a brand new sealed-box version for zero cost, internationally, within a week. The ‘Apple’ of the vaping brands.

I had to unfortunately RMA my plenty for repair and Storz and Bickle were very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. With in a week of sending my vape they had sent me back a brand new plenty out of good will. Could not fault this company definitely worth 5 stars.

After 3 year using Mighty and Crafty, I got the opportunity to contact the customer service due to a problem with my Crafty (old version), and they answered quite fast asking for the serial number and the invoice to check if they can repair it or send me a new one under the 3 year extended warranty. After 1 week I got a parcel with a new one, so reading now here some reviews, I hope Storz & Bickel learned and improved their service :)
