I had a brief moment of absent mindedness and reached out for support. A quick response led me to see the issue was on my inability to properly understand my payment history and after support broke it down for me very nicely and quickly I realized my mistake. I appreciate the quick response and professionalism. I know it must have been difficult not making fun of me for the very bad brain fart I had and I appreciate refraining, plus making me feel valued and taking the time to explain what I really should have noticed on my own. For that thank you very much. Besides that, my credit score has gone up about 90 points in just under 8 months. The best part, no sweat or anxiety and it feels really good seeing that go up instead of down like it has been for years!

Rebuilding credit is not always a slow and painful process. No matter what the circumstance, with patience and on time payments things will get better! StellarFi continues being instrumental in rebuilding my credit. There is never a case of overdraft or funds being charged if your balance does not have enough to cover the payment. They exhibit effective communication, empathy and patience. I've had many issues arise, questions answered and things explained when using both the $4.99 and $9.99 plans. Paying my bills on time and then they reporting it to Equifax and Experian. lastly, from my observations if Stellarfi starts reporting to TransUnion they will be more great.
