Visited our Safeway in Pollock Pines. Karen, acting as manager, I guess, was exceptionally friendly today. Refund, in cash, no questions asked. I've always had good, friendly service at this store, even when power out (with snow) or Highway 50 closed.

I want to recognize an employee at Safeway, Waltham Woods, Parkville, MD - his name is Keyon. I was buying bread at the bakery department and he was the only one who actually went out of his way to help me. I had initially asked a female employee for help in buying a freshly made loaf of Italian bread...she did go into the back to check and then I never saw her again! Keyon (who was obviously doing other duties) kindly asked if I needed help. He instantly went into the back and grabbed me a freshly made loaf of bread, put it in a bag, warned me it was still warm, and gave it to me with a smile! This is true customer service! Thanks Keyon. If it wasn't for you, I'd still be waiting!!!

Carrie the pic is wonderful. She is helpful and very knowledgeable. Josh the assistant manager is a great guy who does a great job also. went into the store this morning and i have to say it looked great well done guys thank you for all your hard work.
