I’m not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from but I just ordered my first bag and it’s perfect, it’s a imperfect bag with no imperfections and smells lovely, like leather should , I cannot vouch for the return policy, yes they are a bit slow to get back to you if you send a email ( it was 4-5 days ) but my bag is gorgeous.

I love PLG. I am a little stunned by all the negative reviews. I think people expect it to be a huge chain company and it’s not. It’s growing… FAST! But it’s still a ‘personal’ business, working round the clock to meet the demands of their growing fan base. I also think you have to love raw, authentic leather. PLG doesn’t make two pieces the same. Their colors differ from piece to piece, as does the thickness and markings of the hides, because they’re not sanding them down and removing the natural wear and tear that occurred throughout the cows lifespan. To me, that’s what makes PLG an AMAZING company…. I can’t speak for customer service, because I’ve not tried to return anything. But I will say, if you follow them on social media, they are constantly letting people know if there are reasons for delays in deliveries/responses. I don’t know. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Not trying to disqualify the negative reviews, just having a hard time understanding them since it has certainly not been my experience with this company.
