OpticsPlanet – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

The company had great pricing for some climbing gear, cheaper (at the time) than other competitors; too good of a deal to pass up. So I placed an order. I got plenty of email confirmations. My items came in today, all is fine.

Lots of negative reviews. I ordered a fishing rod- delivered in 4 days in a rod box. Received a good price. All good for me

Initially my order was cancelled without notice, and an item wasn't actually in stock that I had ordered when it said it was on their website. Called to figure out what the issue was and it was flagged due to having different billing and mailing addresses. The manager Kyle dropped the price of my order as much as they could and added a different version off the back ordered item to fill the gap until the other item came back in stock. Was a slightly bothersome process, but they still did the right thing and compensated me for the mistake and my troubles.

Ordered twice recently from optics planet, totally satisfied.
