Magellans – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

SHOP HERE AT YOUR RISK!!! I placed an order in April and all was received in good order. However, I must have clicked on a button during ordering that placed a recurring monthly charge of $25+ on my credit card. I received no notice that this was happening and have been charged for 6 monthly charges before I discovered the RECURRING CHARGE.

I was given a gift certificate that can't be used online. I called multiple times to 'place and order'. Each time I was told that I need to speak to 'customer service' and was given a different set of times that 'customer service' is open. Emails are returned and, if you dial 'customer service' directly, someone will try to sell you a medical alert device, reading from a script. It is impossible to use this gift certificate and, I would guess, equally impossible to get any other service. Do not do business with this company.

Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Website shows a multiple pack of briefs. I purchase 2 packs and only 2 individual items were delivered. Confused at first. Turns out the product display is misleading and a deceptive business practice. Previously I have had good experiences with this company. Last time I purchase from them

Product was delivered in 5 days. Products (shirt, pants, wallet) are great quality. Had no issues with Magellan's. Was wary because of the bad reviews, but our order was fine. I docked my review 1 star because we did not get any emails to confirm the order or shipping status. I had to check the website myself and call customer service. But bottom line, we are satisfied customers.

Okay Oh I guess I rated this company already! Anyway the reason for the 4 Stars, there was a recurring 14.95 charge for the last few months. (yes I need to check my credit card more often) Called the number on the charge and they reversed all the charges. Apparently it was for some VIP club that I don't recall signing up for. The reason it's not 5 stars is the toll free 888 numbers on the contact section of the website don't work!
