I had problems with my in&box and I had a European bike trip planned the following week. Having contacted the company they came back to me quickly and made the decision to post me a new in& box rather than prolong a diagnosis. Utilisateur assidu de la technologie airbag In&motion depuis bientôt 2 ans, je l'apprécie tout autant en mode "route" lors de mes trajets quotidiens pour allez au travail ou le week-end pour une balade avec madame, qu'en mode "adventure" lors de mes sorties trail tout-terrain ou lors de grands raids sur les pistes du monde. La technologie airbag In&motion m'a déjà sauvé la mise 1 fois sur route lors d'une chute provoquée par du gasoil dans un rond-point, et 3 fois en tout-terrain. Je ne saurai plus m'en passer ! Après 3 déclenchements, mon gilet a dû partir en révision et grâce à une équipe et un service client au top, il m'a été renvoyé remis à neuf en un clin d’œil ! Merci à toute l'équipe !

Thankfully I haven’t had to rate the airbag and how it saved me in a tumble from my bike yet, but what I can review is In&motion customer service. I can honestly say that having a problem (largely due to my own inefficiency) has been a great experience ! Sara and the team have been superb in their patience and understanding and their help has been amazing. Thank you so much. Customer support and experience as it should be … well done 😀

J'ai pu tester en juillet 2022 lors d'une course l'efficacité du gilet ! Le bilan de cette grosse chute, seulement une clavicule qui a souffert ne nécessitant aucune intervention chirurgicale.
