I love a company that actually responds and tries to help. I received an order that was slightly damaged and I reached out and they were so helpful and send a new pair. They really do try so much to make their customers happy. I love the sunglasses I bought!

Customer service is great, I made the mistake of entering a wrong address and they ever so kindly resent one to the right address. They're very fast to respond.

Ordered six frames from them. Love them but unfortunately one was damaged. I contacted Annabelle who got back to me in just a few hours and told me that I could not only have a replacement frame but an additional frame for our troubles. Shipping was fast, she was very prompt and polite. Would definitely recommend to others.

Took less than 2 weeks for shipping from Cali to Western Europe, glasses are above expected quality, little tight but that's what I expected. Box was really nicely designed on the inside and even had some damn Tootsie rolls in it as a free bonus haha. 5/5 would definitely buy from again.
