I bought Monsieur by Frederic Malle, but ended up with the Hermes Monsieur. I tried to mail them and they used long time with their response. After I involved Paypal, the response was quicker and they offered me 25% discount on my next purchase. Why don't they just send me the perfume I originally ordered? I will use Paypal refund if I don't get Monsieur by Frederic Malle. The only positive experience was the delivery speed!
