I was super frustrated when I entered the online chat but the representative did everything they could do to try and help resolve my problem. When I say everything, I mean everything short of driving to my house, they took so much time and walked me through every step. We could not resolve it over the phone so they are sending me a new device with expedited shipping. My frustration quickly diminished because he was so nice, apologetic and helpful
