Fortnum & Mason – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I’m surprised by the number of negative reviews here. I order monthly and have never had any issues, and the service and products have always been first class. I particularly love their Christmas biscuits with cranberry, white chocolate and oats. I bought lots as gifts and they went down a storm! I always do standard delivery and have never had any problems and everything has arrived on time, unlike many other stores these days.

I can't believe the number of negative reviews for such a lovely old-fashioned store. Even the Queen used to shop here. I've got so many great memories of this place. A wonderful experience!

I would like to review and send my express praise to a member of your staff for his outstanding service over the last few months!! I shop regular online with Fortnum and mason, as getting into the store is often problematic these days due to strikes etc, from time to time i need to change things on my order or follow up on unavoidable delay or even more recently the order was damaged by dpd, and each time I have be met by wonderful service, that I haven't really praised as I should have. The staff member is known as Ben on your phone line. I have dealt with him a few times since prior to Christmas and each time he has been brilliant. He listens firstly which you don't always get and acts sometimes before I've thought of something. I have never felt left in the dark ... He saved an order prior to Christmas and went out of his way to ensure i got it during a busy period, also just the other day keep me fully updated on an order that had gone astray. Send on my best regards to Ben and his manager. Outstanding service and outstanding store.... you have a real gem in Ben! I'll be back for more treats soon. Happy Easter.
