I had requested for a re- send of my registration code for an application software that I had purchased from Cleverbridge and almost immediately I received it after complying to a few requirements that were asked for. I was truly impressed by their professionalism and prompt response in their service and that gives me a feel of confidence and trust in dealing with the company in the future

My team and I reached out for a refund for an annual renewal and cancellation of service since we no longer have a Macbook and have not been using the service. It was so quick and easy! The site was easy to use and customer service is professional and friendly.

I mistakenly have two identical subscriptions, for multiple years, by now. So I contacted Cleverbridge, and they gave me a refund and canceled the extra subscription right away. Their representative Carlo even listed the reference numbers for the over payments in the past years, if I want to get refunded through another channel for those payments. It took me a while to find the right place for the initial contact -- so the 4/5 rating. Otherwise, I'm very glad.

I made a mistake and hit the renew button. I thought I'd have a choice. NOPE. Debited. One mail to to Nick and it took literally minutes to recieve a refund. Glasswire is amazing software. It affords control over tracking. Our exchange rate is terrible; R20 to the $. - Many things broke and cost - other issues not Glasswire. It could not have happened at a worse time - big costs. Thank you also to Cleverbridge. Everything sorted in 5 minutes. The month coming is a "bonus month." I have no hesitation renewing my subscription in the next month.Awesome software. I have no hesitation in reccomending it. Sincere thanks again - My only regret, is beingwithout the silent sentinel for the next month.
