ButcherBox – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

I've received one box and expecting another soon. The quality of the food was excellent. The only complaint I have is the chicken breasts are packaged with 2 servings, I wish they'd package them in singles for 1 person. I will review again when I receive another box but expect it to be as good as the first. . I would love to see bay scallops on the list.

I have been using butcherbox for quite a few years. I had a few issues with a couple orders. I called them and they took care of it . Credited my account and replaced a whole order. Customer service was awesome. I would recommend this company. The meat is awesome!

The chicken breasts pack had holes in it and leaked in my refrigerator. I tried to contact them and they did not call back. I tried to email them and they didn’t respond. ********Update 4/25********* Updated from a 1 to a 4. The company did finally contact me after several days of me trying to contact them and they credited my last order to compensate for the leaked product in my refrig. The product had leaked in the cracks of all refrig shelves and my Samsung refrig is difficult to take apart. They acknowledged that the items could have holes in the frozen packs and to defrost them in a bowl. They said they are working on the problem. The steak is phenomenal….Seriously phenomenal! Frozen Breaded Chicken Tendors are also phenomenal! Both are probably the best I have ever had.

It was delivered before Thanksgiving. The meat was delicious. It wasn’t tough. I shared it with a friend of mine. He said, that was some of the best steak he had ever had. So basically you’re getting two reviews in one. One steak was pan fried and one was put on the barbecue. Honestly, the steaks were so good. You couldn’t tell the difference. Thank you Butcher block.

I've had 3 orders delivered. My last order was missing an item, but customer service did resolve the issue. The good things: Order tracking, Real-time chat, transcribed chat sent to my email, invoice sent to email showing credit. excellent packaging, good meat selection, competitive pricing, good website. The beef is decent, nothing to write home about. The chicken is definitely better than Walmart. I'm trying to eat healthier (steroid free) and support farmers. ButcherBox is a solid 4 stars. I will have to see what happens when I decide to cancel. There are way too many customer complaints about cancelling the membership.
