Abercrombie & Fitch – Cashback, Rebates & Rewards

We often shop there, however past year the style become very old fashion and not urban anymore, I wish they can switch back their styles, it is kinda of like banana republic now not the AF anymore like it was.

Was my first order, remember use the brand on the 90's little scary by the neg reviews here, but thinking a company like Hollister/Abercrombie cannot get too wrong, all arrived as expected, great quality and with return label already if change of mind ( of course not ) I would use again...

I know they’ve had some little issues with service from what I’ve heard but they’ve been reliable for me and I’ll stay ordering and shopping with them

Top klantenservice. Ze hebben een goeie sale dus ik plaatste een bestelling. De ochtend na m’n bestelling bleek dat er nu 20% extra korting (!) is. Ik heb meteen een berichtje naar ze gestuurd, en binnen een paar uur antwoord gekregen waarin ze vertelde dat ik de 20% extra korting toch nog kreeg. Wat fijn! De kwaliteit van de kleding vind ik ook altijd erg goed. Heel blij met A&F.

I ordered from Abercrombie for the first time in December and I bought a hoodie for my partner. It arrived really fast but there was an issue with my order- they sent the wrong size. I have to say the customer service was brill, I had a prompt response to my query and they sorted out my replacement item which, again, arrived fast. Overall a good experience despite the messed up sizes ! ☺️
