horrible customer service I updated my phone could not log into my account, I’ve sent at least 7 communications. Two came back that the phone had been updated on my account. Not true! Feels like a scam directed towards suit owners! Worse service ever!

Grossly Inaccurate Scanning Results

After receiving my suit and running a scan, my measurements were way off. I scanned 3 times just to be sure. When I use a caliper to measure my body fat percentage it is vastly different than the Zozo suit. I don't think it is really taking the scanned data into consideration which is the only reason I purchased it and since it has been more than 45 days I am now stuck with this faulty product.
